At the Heart of Greek Olive Oil Excellence
Nestled in the fertile region of Agrinio — home to the largest production of the Kalamata olive variety, contrary to common belief — stands the beating heart of GAEA: our state-of-the-art production facility. Just 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Agrinio, our factory embodies precision, sustainability, and deep-rooted tradition.
Spread across a 15,000 square metre plot, the 6,500 square metre building houses four fully automated production lines, each designed to preserve the purity and character of every olive and every drop of oil:

A 3,000 square metre warehouse ensures optimal storage conditions, including a dedicated 200 square metre refrigerated area. Our fifteen stainless steel tanks — twelve with a 30-tonne capacity each, and three silos holding 100 tonnes each — guarantee that our olive oil is preserved in its finest state.
Certified under BRC and IFS standards, and proudly holding the ISO 22000:2018 and “DIO” organic certifications, our facility reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence. GAEA is the first brand in the world to offer carbon-neutral olive oils, with our “Fresh” and “Planet” lines certified by the Swiss non-profit organisation MyClimate.
We take sustainability one step further with on-site compacting and comprehensive recycling initiatives—honouring the land that nourishes us and the heritage we are proud to represent.
