GAEA Sweet Pepper and goat's cheese Spread 4.4oz
Grilled red Peppers are very common in Greece, this is because they are grilled and placed in Olive oil and vinegar to preserve them for the winter months, Mizithra on the other hand is a Greek Ricotta style cheese made from goat's milk, slightly denser and a bit more depth in taste. This is the exact cheese we have paired with sundried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.
